摘要:文章从研究背景出发,根据现在企业中普遍存在的用人不善现象,运

用培训与开发的理论知识以及一些新的方法对蒙牛集团融合企业文化的员工培训与开发进行分析,从中学习蒙牛集团成功的用人之道,学习其独特的员工培训方式与培训内容,对其他企业树立学习榜样,同时也指出它的不足之处,并提出相应的对策,以促使其进行不断完善,以在激烈的竞争环境中走的更稳健,不断地增强企业的竞争力。这对于每一个企业来说都是至关重要的。 关键词:蒙牛 培训与开发 企业文化 评价 对策
