一、旋风除尘器简介
1.1中文名称: 旋风除尘器
英文名称:cyclone dust collector 1.2定义:
利用烟气高速旋转进行惯性分离除尘的设备。
1.3工作原理:
旋风除尘器是除尘装置的一类。除沉机理是使含尘气流作旋转运动,借助于离心力降尘粒从气流中分离并捕集于器壁,再借助重力作用使尘粒落入灰斗。
旋风除尘器是由进气管、排气管、圆筒体、圆锥体和灰斗组成。旋风除尘器结构简单,易于制造、安装和维护管理,设备投资和操作费用都较低,已广泛用于从气流中分离固体和液体粒子,或从液体中分离固体粒子。在普通操作条件下,作用于粒子上的离心力是重力的5~2500倍,所以旋风除尘器的效率显著高于重力沉降室。在机械式除尘器中,旋风式除尘器是效率最高的一种。它适用于非黏性及非纤维性粉尘的去除,大多用来去除5μm以上的粒子,并联的多管旋风除尘器装置对3μm的粒子也具有80~85%的除尘效率。选用耐高温、耐磨蚀和腐蚀的特种金属或陶瓷材料构造的旋风除尘器,可在温度高达1000℃,压力达500×105Pa的条件下操作。从技术、经济诸方面考虑旋风除尘器压力损失控制范围一般为500~2000Pa。因此,它属于中效除尘器,且可用于高温烟气的净化,是应用广泛的一种除尘器,多应用于锅炉烟气除尘、多级除尘及预除尘。它的主要缺点是对细小尘粒(<5μm)的去除效率较低。

二、旋风除尘器分类
2.1性能分类
①高效旋风除尘器,其筒体直径较小,用来分离较细的粉尘,除尘效率在95%以上;
②大流量旋风除尘器,筒体直径较大,用于处理很大的气体流量,其除尘效率为50-80%以;
③通用型旋风除尘器,处理风量适中,因结构形式不同,除尘效率波动在70-85%之间,
④防爆型旋风除尘器,本身带有防爆阀,具有防爆功能。 2.2结构形式分类
可分为长锥体、圆筒体、扩散式、旁路型。 2.3组合、安装情况分类
分为内旋风除尘器、外旋风除尘器、立式与卧式以及单筒与多管旋风除尘器。 2.4气流导入情况分类
气流进入旋风除尘后的流路路线,以及带二次风的形式可概括地分为以下两种: ①切流反转式旋风除尘器 ②轴流式旋风除尘器

3.1石膏粉尘特性分析
石膏是一种矿物名,主要化学成分是硫酸钙(CaSO4),主要是古代盐湖或潟湖的沉积物。

石膏用作一种农业肥料,可以改良碱性土壤,用于一般中性或酸性土壤,可以改善土壤结构,供给钙和硫成分。广泛用于工业材料、医学材料和建筑材料。可用于水泥缓凝剂、石膏建筑制品、模型制作、医用食品添加剂、硫酸生产、纸张填料、油漆填料、骨折固定等,也能做为黑板用的粉笔。
天然二水石膏(CaSO4·2H2O)又称为生石膏,经过煅烧、磨细可得β型半水石膏(CaSO4·1/2H2O),即建筑石膏,又称熟石膏、灰泥。若煅烧温度为190 °C可得模型石膏,其细度和白度均比建筑石膏高。若将生石膏在400~500 °C或高于800 °C下煅烧,即得地板石膏,其凝结、硬化较慢,但硬化后强度、耐磨性和耐水性均较普通建筑石膏为好。
通常为白色、无色,无色透明晶体称为透石膏,有时因含杂质而成灰、浅黄、浅褐等色。条痕白色。透明。玻璃光泽,解理面珍珠光泽,纤维状集合体丝绢光泽。解理极完全,和中等,解理片裂成面夹角为66和114的菱形体。性脆。硬度1.5~2。不同方向稍有变化。相对密度2.3。石膏粉是五大凝胶材料之一,在国民经济中占有重要的地位,广泛用于建筑、建材、工业模具和艺术模型、化学工业及农业、食品加工和医药美容等众多应用领域,是一种重要的工业原材料。
XLP/B型旋风除尘器是一种带有灰尘隔离室的离心式旋风除尘器。它
具有较高的除尘效率。此型除尘器,原设计系考虑使用于一般工业通风系统中,但也有不少单位将其引用到工业锅炉的烟气除尘上,取得了较好的除尘效果。 3.2 XLP/B型旋风除尘器曲结构和工作原理
XLP/B型旋风除尘器(原型号为CLP/B型),是在C型旋风除尘器的实践基础上改进设计的。经过比较系统的试验研究和一些单位的使用,证明是一种性能
