中央空调毕业设计计算说明书

摘要

本工程建筑属酒店类建筑,建筑总高度49.0m,主体高度42.6m,建筑面积14589㎡,其中包括宴会厅,雅间,客房,会议室,办公室等功能房间。本工程属舒适性空调设计,工程内容包括空调采暖,通风,防排烟。

根据房间功能及其位置分布,本工程所采用的空调系统包括集中式空调系统,半集中式空调系统,全分散式空调系统。其中一层宴会厅内区采用全空气系统;宴会厅外区、更衣室、卫生间采用风机盘管系统;其他房间采用风机盘管加新风系统;操作间,备餐间,微机房,消防控制室,音响控制室采用分体式柜机。

本工程主要设备冷热设备有,螺杆式冷水机组2台,全空气机组1台,板式换热器2台,均位于地下室机房;新风机组17台,其中四台为回风工况,13台为新风工况,均吊顶安装;柜式空调机组6台;其他为为卧式安装风机盘管机组。

本建筑位于天津,总冷负荷为939kW,总热负荷为613kW,冬夏季分别由换热器和冷水机组制热和制冷实现整个建筑的空气调节。此外,根据消防规范本工程在不满足排烟要求的楼梯间和楼梯前室设加压送风,在地下室设排烟系统和补风系统。

Abstract

This engineering construction of hotel buildings, building a total height of 49.0 m, 42.6 m, main body height building area of 14589 ㎡, including the banquet hall, room, guest rooms, meeting rooms, the function such as office room. The project of the air conditioning design, engineering content comfort including air conditioning heating, ventilation, smoke.

According to room function and its distribution, the project of the air conditioning system including the central air-conditioning system, central air-conditioning system, the half distributed air conditioning system. One layer in the banquet hall area USES all air system; The area, bathhouse, banquet hall toilet USES fan coil system; Other rooms adopt fan-coil unit plus fresh air system; The kitchen, pantry, computer room between, fire control room sound control room adopt fission style packaged.

The mainly cold and heat equipment contain screw water chillers machines, two all air unit 1, 2 sets plate heat exchanger, which all are located in the basement room ,fresh air units17 sets,four sets of which for return air condition, 13 for new fresh air condition, all condole top installation ,cabinet air conditioning unit 6 sets, ther for horizontal installation fan coil units in this project.

This building is located in tianjin, always cold load for 939 kW, total heat load for 613 kW, winter summer heat exchanger and respectively by the chiller heating and refrigeration realize the whole building of air conditioning. In addition, according to standard in this project not fire to meet the requirements of the smoke and the stairs before the room in the basement, a pressure air supply a exhaust system and fill the wind system.

天津市旅游饭店空调工程计算说明书

第一章 原始资料 1.1地理位置

地理位置:天津

台站位置: 北纬39o06′;海拔3.3m。 1.2维护结构 1.2.1墙体结构

(1)外墙:壁厚200mm,保温层为加气混凝土厚度250mm,Ⅰ型墙体,外20 mm水泥砂

浆,内20 mm水泥砂浆抹面,内粉刷。

(2)内墙:硅酸盐砖墙壁厚240mm,两侧为20 mm水泥砂浆抹面,内粉刷。 1.2.2屋面构造:

由下而上为;1、内粉刷;2、现浇钢筋混凝土楼板厚70 mm;3、隔气层;4、聚苯板(密度为28Kg/m3)厚150 mm;5、水泥砂浆找平层厚20 mm;6、卷材防水层7、砾砂外表层5mm。

1.2.3楼板:K=2.56 W/m2?℃ 1.2.4门窗

(1)外窗:塑钢普通双层玻璃窗,构造修正参照双层3 mm普通玻璃;夏季内遮阳为活

动铝百叶窗帘;无外遮阳; (2)内窗:塑钢普通双层玻璃窗; (3)外门:不锈钢普通单玻厚60 mm; (4)内门:木门。 1.3功能分区:

地上主体十二层。一至三层为餐厅;四到六层为客房,七层至十二层为办公室。地下为机房及物资库。 1.4层高(m):

首层层高为4.5m、二、三层4.2m,地下室4.5m,四、五层3.3m,六层3.4m,七至十二层3.3m
