摘 要

伴着经济全球化的进一步扩大，全球经济的日趋激烈，尤其是服装行业。服装行业是劳动密集性产业，我国长久以来依赖的低劳动力成本优势在慢慢削弱。加上电子商务的迅速发展使得服装产业从生产、销售到市场的分配形成新的格局，这些都对服装产业库存管理的整合优化进一步提出了更高的要求。同行业中公司或品牌间的竞争演变为库存管理的竞争是未来的趋势。所以库存管理成为波司登企业探索和发展过程中的重要课程。

库存管理是波司登股份有限公司寻求发展的必要手段和必然途径。本文通过对该公司库存管理现状进行分析，提出了该公司库存管理目前存在在初期订货时不能准确预估产品的销售趋势、产品上市的时间把握不准，错过最佳时机、信息沟通不顺畅，企业间缺乏相互合作、存货管理不规范，造成账实不符、没有规范的存货方法等问题，以及这些问题对该企业企业的发展带来的不利因素。针对存在的问题做出相应的对策：以销定产，准确预计销量、及时了解市场信息，使产品更加迎合市场需求、利用信息技术，实现信息共享、规范库存管理、ABC分类法、通过促销活动减少库存等。希望这些对策能为提高该公司库存管理、降低库存略尽绵薄之力。 关键词 ：波司登股份有限公司； 库存管理

Abstract

With the further expansion of economic globalization，An increasingly competitive world economy，Especially in the apparel industry。Apparel industry is labor-intensive industries，The country has long been dependent on low labor cost advantage is slowly weakening。Coupled with the rapid development of electronic commerce makes the garment industry to form a new pattern from the production and sale of the allocation of market share，These are further integration and optimization of the garment industry supply chain inventory management put forward higher requirements。Competition in the evolution of the industry as a company or brand among competing supply chain inventory management is the future trend。So the search for the apparel industry supply chain inventory management has become an important process of enterprise development programs。

Inventory management is a necessary means and inevitable way Bosideng Corporation seek to develop .Though the analysis of the inventory management status of the company ,the company's inventory management proposed in the early existing order can not be accurately forecast product sales tends, time to market allowed to grasp, missed the best time, communication is smooth ,lack of mutual corporation between enterprises, inventory management is not standardized, resulting account does not deserve, no standardized method of inventory and other issues, as well as the development of these problems unfavorable factors brought business enterprise .Make appropriate responses to problems :to market ability to accurately predict sales and timely market information to make our products more to meet the market demand ,the use of information technology, information sharing, standardize inventory management. ABC classification, though promotional activities reduce inventory .I hope these responses are able to improve the company's inventory management, reduce inventory level.
