摘 要

数控技术和数控机床在当今机械制造业中的重要地位，显示了其在国家基础工业现代化中的战略性作用，并已成为传统机械制造工业提升改造和实现自动化、柔性化、集成化生产的重要手段和标志，数控加工技术的整个过程也是目前许多制造人员的要掌握较为重要的知识。

本论文主要通过在根据一张图纸，不管图形的复杂程度多高都能够根据加工制造的过程加工出对应的零件。通过数控软件上的造型操作我们解决了很多加工编程上的问题；解决了复杂零件在手动编程上的困难；还解决了同个零件在软件加工后，导出的程序不能只对所有数控系统的机床加工；以及在现有设备下尽可能提高机械加工精度、降低表面粗糙度的方案，零件的误差分析等。

本论文通过数控工艺分析、数控手动编程基础介绍、CAD/CAM软件自动编程、软件后处理文件制作、数控软件仿真、数控机床加工等一般步骤与方法。运用机械制造的相关知识进行严格的工艺分析与加工方式的制定，经过成本核算，该方案具有可行性。有效的利用CAD/CAM软件通过最合适的造型方式设计出零件模型，根据我们之前的工艺分析使用软件做出最佳的加工方式，采用铣削手工编程基础于FANUC OiM数控系统进行了程序后处理文件的编写，并在数控仿真软件和数控机床上进行了具体验证，最终加工出符合图纸要求的零件实体。经具体检验符合图纸标准。

the strategic role, and has become a traditional mechanical manufacturing industries to transform and enhance the implementation of automation, flexible, integrated production and an important means of marking, the NC Machining Technology of the whole process is currently many manufacturing personnel to master the more important knowledge.

This thesis mainly through in accordance with a drawing, no matter how high the complexity level of the graph according to the manufacturing process and processing the corresponding parts. Through the numerical control software on the molding operation we solve a lot of processing programming problem; solves the complicated parts in manual programming difficulties; but also solve the same parts in the software processing, export procedures not only for all CNC machining; as well as in the existing equipment as far as possible to improve machining precision, decrease of the surface roughness of the scheme, part of the error analysis.

This paper through analysis of NC technology, CNC manual programming based CAD / CAM software is introduced, automatic programming, a software post-processing document production, NC simulation, CNC machining and other general steps and methods. Use of machinery manufacturing knowledge of strict process analysis and process development, cost accounting, the scheme has feasibility. Effective use of CAD / CAM software through the most appropriate form to design parts model, according to our previous process analysis software to make the best use of the processing methods, using milling manual programming based in Sinumerik 802S / 802C NC system was carried out after processing procedures document preparation, and in the NC simulation software and CNC machine tools on the specific verification, the final processing of parts that meet requirements of the drawings entity. The specific test with drawing standards.
