5.10另行测算、单独评议的技术经济指标：地下室和生活配套设施面积。这两部分由设计单位根据各自理解，自行设计。其零售商业可以包括超市、医疗药品和器械销售、花店、洗衣清洁、陪护住宿等；餐饮以中小规模为主、兼顾外卖服务；文体健身可以安排康复中心、中医推拿针灸、室内健身等；医疗咨询可以是提供专业医学服务信息的中介服务机构；科普宣传可以是医学书店、医学知识普及活动、论坛讲座中心等；交通换乘可以是对内对外的动静态交通的集中转乘中心。

6.1急诊区 Emergency zone

急诊区是现代化医院的工作前沿，急诊患者最需要得到及时的抢救和良好的服务，时刻体现医院的服务水准和医疗水平。急诊区要尽可能就地解决急诊患者的检查和治疗，尽快使患者得到有效的抢救，为患者创造舒适的就诊环境。同时，通过合理利用适当位置的公共空间，为意外情况所致大量伤患提供紧急救助。

急诊区应考虑现代急救医学的特点，单独设置出入口，自成一区，急救车辆可直达急诊部，同时考虑与医院门诊、医技等各相关科室的便捷互动，共享资源和提高医疗效率。可在医院内预留直升机停机坪，用于航空急救。

6.2门诊区

日门诊量按1000人/天计算。靠近医院主交通入口处就近设置门诊部，合理组织交通流线，处理好门诊部内各部门的相互关系，缩短病人的就诊时间，避免往返迂回，防止交叉感染，最大限度提高医院的运转速度和优化医院的就医流程。门诊包括门诊诊室、护士站、候诊区、治疗室等功能房间。设计应充分考虑各个学科的接诊方式、国际国内的先进就诊流程及医护内部通道等相关因素进行建筑设计。治疗室主要进行门诊患者的简单治疗，按照清洁污染分离的原则设置。辅助区域主要功能为医疗保障，由医护人员的休息室、卫生间、库房、污洗室等构成。辅助区域内的房间单元可以考虑按照楼层或诊区配置，合理共享。
