This Sales Contract is made by and between the Sellers and the Buyers, whereby the sellers agree to sell and buyers agree to buy the under-mentioned goods according to the terms and conditions stipulated below:

Commodity and specifications: Girls Garments Art. No. nj520.

Quantity: 10800PCS total. (10% more or less in quantity and amount are acceptable. ) Unit Price: EUR5.00/pcs CIF Brussels Amount: EUR54000.00

Packing: In cartons, 108 cartons total Shipping Mark: N/M

Terms of Shipment: Within 30 days after receipt of L/C. From Ningbo port China to Brussels, Belgium.

Transshipment and Partial Shipment: Allowed.

Insurance: To be effected by the Seller for 110% of full invoice value covering All risks up to port of destination and war risks included with claim payable at destination as per ocean marine cargo clauses of the People’s Insurance Company of China dated 01/01/1981.

Terms of Payment: By 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit in favor of the Sellers to be available by sight draft to be opened and to reach China before APRIL 1, 2009 and to remain valid for negotiation in China until the 21 days after the foresaid Time of Shipment. L/C must mention this contract number L/C advised by BANK OF CHINA JIANGSU BRANCH. ALL banking Charges outside China are for account of the Buyer.

保险：是由卖方按发票金额的110%投保一切险，战争险包括到达目的港在目的地支付，索赔的依据为《海洋运输货物的条文中国人民保险公司》1981年01月01日生效

支付条款：买方可接受卖方开来的100%不可撤销信用证，受益人为卖方，需在2009年4月1日前寄至卖方；有效期至装运前21天在中国议付。信用证中要注明合同号且议付行为中国银行江苏分行。其他额外的银行费用由买方支付。
