目录、说明书等。这就需要提出询问，而且询问的事务很具体。因此，询

问信要写得干净利落，明确具体。需要什么，需要多少，一切都应交代得

清清楚楚，真正做到言简意赅。

十一、申请信

1. 概说

写申请信的目的是为了使收信人了解自己的有关情况，以便取得工作

或学习的机会。这类信件要写得简明扼要，实事求是。

申请出国留学的信件，首先要阐明写信的目的，说明自己是什么身份，

持有什么学位，并简要叙述自己的学历、工作经历、著作，论文，以及已 研究过的课题等等。然后，说明自己的资助情况，以及是否申请奖学金等

内容。最后，应说明之所以选择该大学该专业的理由。同时，还应根据要

求附寄简历、毕业文凭、学位证书、成绩单及证明信。

申请信的信面要注意格式，保持整洁，务求悦目。所用信笺最好在信

头印有单位或学校的名称。签字要用钢笔，名字底下打上拼音。
