工件自动分选装置控制系统设计
摘要
本设计是基于可编程控制器(PLC)的工件自动分选装置控制系统设计。PLC与自动生产线在工业生产中越来越广泛的应用,尤其是PLC具有强大的算术运算、定时、计数、逻辑控制、顺序控制、存储等强大的功能。不仅能通过数字量与模拟量对各类系统的控制,也能通过以太网与上位机通讯,现场总线与智能设备通讯。以PLC 为主控制器,通过传感器识别不同工件,结合气动装置、位置控制等技术控制机械手的工作,运用梯形图编程,实现对不同要求的工件进行自动分选。系统具有自动化程度高、运行稳定、精度高、易控制的特点,可根据不同对象,稍加修改本系统即可实现要求。
本系统实工件分选的自动化控制、人机交互等功能,大大地提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度。同时操作方便,直观性好,运行平稳,且经济实用,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract
The design is based on the programmable logic controller (PLC) of the workpiece automatic sorting device control system design. PLC and automatic production lines in industrial production more widely used, especially PLC powerful arithmetic operations, timing, counting, logic control, sequential control, storage and other powerful features. Not only through the digital and analog control of various systems, but also communicate with the host computer via Ethernet, fieldbus communications and intelligence equipment. PLC-based controller, through the sensors to identify different parts, combined with pneumatic devices, such as technical control position control robot work. Use ladder programming, the different parts required for automatic sorting. System has a high degree of automation, stable operation and high precision, easy control characteristics, according to different objects, can be slightly modified to achieve the system requirements.
Real parts of the sorting system of automatic control, human-computer interaction and other features, greatly improved production efficiency and reduce labor intensity. At the same time easy to operate, intuitive, good, stable, and economical and practical, has broad application prospects.
