The Measures on Processing Establishment in the case of Hygiene

and Safety Problems

1. The Classification of the Problems

Class 1: The Problems Caused by General Harmful Substances

─ Biotoxins: Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning(PSP), tetrodotoxin(TTX).

─ Microorganisms: Bacteria(Viable Cell Count), Coliform Group, Staphylococcus aureus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Listeria monocytogenes.

─ Other residues of toxin/harmful substances: Sulfurous Acid(SO2), Carbon Monoxide(CO), Radioactivity, Tar pigment, Heavy Metals( Total Mercury（Hg）, Lead(Pb), Cadmium（Cd））. ─ Foreign metals (inserted not by human) ─ Water injection by human

Class 2: The Problems Caused by Critical Harmful Substances
