钙拮抗剂抗高血压的作用特点及临床应用

摘 要 高血压是一种发病率较高的临床常见病症，对患者身心健康造成严重影响。钙拮抗剂已经成为临床广泛应用的治疗高血压的药物。本文阐述了钙拮抗剂治疗高血压的作用机制，分析了钙拮抗剂的种类、应用情况以及其对高血压的治疗效果，从经济学角度评价了钙拮抗剂作为高血压药物的经济性，进一步提高患者对钙拮抗剂作为治疗高血压药物的认识。 关键词 钙拮抗剂 高血压 作用特点 临床应用

ABSTRACT Hypertension is a common disease with high incidence， which can cause a serious impact on the physical and mental health of the patients. Calcium antagonists have been widely used in the treatment of hypertension. The mechanism of calcium antagonists for the treatment of
hypertension is introduced and the types of calcium antagonists， their application and therapeutic effects on hypertension are analyzed， and furthermore the economy of calcium antagonists as an antihypertensive drug is assessed from an economic point of view so as to improve the understanding of their application in the treatment of hypertension.
KEY WORDS calcium antagonist； hypertension； action characteristics； clinical application 高血压疾病是对人类健康造成严重危害的一种疾病。全球每年因高血压引发的疾病而死亡的人数达数百万人。近年来，随着人们生活水平的提高，我国高血压患者人数也迅猛增长，我国高血压患者的数量超过2亿人，已经成为致死致残的一个主要原因[1]。随着对高血压病的全面认识，一些传统的降压药品因疗效不确切和严重的副作用，国外已逐渐淘汰或被禁用。在众多的抗高血压药物中，钙拮抗剂已经成为临床广泛应用的治疗高血压的药物，在市场中占据重要地位，得到了众多医务工作者以及高血压患者的青睐[2]。根据现有循证医学的证据，钙拮抗剂是一种最适合于中国高血压人群、具有良好经济学效益的降压药物[3]。本文阐述了钙拮抗剂的降压机制，在高血压治疗中的应用及药物的经济学评价。 1 钙拮抗剂的降压机制
