最近有一个涉外的案子，当事人是英国的一家公司，将在国内进行一场诉讼。由于诉讼法有规定，所有来源于国外的证据均应公证并经中国是该国使领馆认证。所以在检查证据中看到如下内容，尝试翻译了一下，可能有不少错误，权当课外学习。

TO ALL to whom these presents shall come I GOD of Leeds England Notary Public duly authorised and admitted and sworn and practising within the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland do hereby certify that (1)the documents attached hereto are true copies of the Certificate of Incorporation of PiDoG International (UK) Limited,formerly called PiDoG Limited,and the Certificate of Incorporation on Chage of Name dated 2 April 1998 when the company changed its name to PiDoG International (UK) Limited

(2)PiDoG is a director of the company PiDoG International (UK) Limited and that the document attached hereto is true copy of the notification of his oppointment as a director of the company dated 23 August 1991 filed in the Companies Registry in England
