设计总说明

设计任务来源：

本设计任务来源于广东工业大学环境科学与工程学院宋卫锋老师承担的深圳市某玻璃厂生产废水处理及中水回用工程。任务具体内容如下：

水量：600吨/天

水质：经当地环境监测站2006年10月11日至13日取样分析，结果如下： 样品状态及特征：黄色、无味、无油 项目 pH CODCr(mg/L) 分析值 7.38 280-370 设计标准：

本设计要求出水达到《生活杂用水水质标准》（CJ 25.1-89）并回用。 设计原则：

废水处理的任务是采用必要的处理方法与处理流程使污染物去除或回收，使废水得到净化。废水污染物质多种多样，只用一种处理方法往往不能把所有的污染物质全部除去，而是需要通过几种方法组成的处理系统或处理流程，才能达到处理要求的程度。

中水处理技术的目的是通过必要的水处理方法去除水中的杂质，使之符合中水回用水质标准。处理的方法应根据中水的水源和用水对象对水质的要求确定。在处理过程中，有的方法除了具有某一特定的处理效果外，往往也直接或间接地兼收其他处理效果。为了达到某一目的，往往是几种方法结合使用。

因此，为了符合任务的出水要求，本设计采用了物理法（如沉淀）、化学法（如混凝）、生物法（如A2/O活性污泥法）等一系列的处理方法结合使用。

本设计主要参考了以下技术资料：《中水回用技术及工程实例》、《城市污水厂处理设施设计计算》、《排水工程》等。

This task comes from “treating of wastewater and reusing of reclaimed water from some glasswork in Shenzhen” which was undertaken by Mr. Weifeng Song, Faculty of Environmental Science and Engineering, Guangdong University of Technology. Exact content is as below:

Quantity: 600tons per day

Quality: after the sampling and analyzing from Oct. 11th to 13th of local environment monitoring station, the result is as below:

It is required that the quality of the water disposed must reach \Criteria of Life Mixing Use”. Besides, the water should be reused.

Principle:

The task of wastewater treatment is to discard or recycle the contaminant by necessary ways and circuits. Then, the wastewater can be purified. As the diversity of the contaminant, it is impossible that discarding all the contaminant by only one way. The extent can be reach only when several ways form the treatment system or circuit.

The purpose of reclaimed water treatment technique is to discard the contaminant in the water by necessary water treatment ways. Then, the quality of wastewater can reach the criteria of reusing reclaimed water. The ways depend on the source of water and the quality required by the object.

During the process, some ways not only have some specific effect, but also receive other effect directly or indirectly. So, several ways are combined.

Therefore, to reach the criteria, physical ways (as sedimentation), chemical ways (as coagulation), and biological ways (as A2/O Activated Sludge) are combined.
