On weekday mornings, Jeilun Liao, 10, gets up at 7:40 am. He brushes his teeth and gets dressed (穿上衣服). Then he heads to school. Jellun gets between 8 and 10 hours of sleep a night. on most nights, he has a hard time falling asleep. Getting up in the morning isn’t easy for this fourth grader.
