某通用机械厂10kV配电系统设计

摘 要

工厂供电系统就是将电力系统的电能降压再分配电能到各个厂房或车间中去,它由工厂降压变电所,高压配电线路,车间变电所,低压配电线路及用电设备组成。工厂总降压变电所及配电系统设计,是根据各个车间的负荷数量和性质,生产工艺对负荷的要求,以及负荷布局,结合国家供电情况,解决对各个部门的安全可靠,经济技术的分配问题。本厂是由两路10kV的电缆进线,通过母线及高压开关柜将电能馈送到5个变电所的系统。其基本内容有以下几个方面:变配电所位置的确定,变电所及全厂的负荷计算,无功功率补偿,短路电流计算,配电系统的接线方式和高压配电所的主接线图设计,电气设备的选择,母线以及各馈电线的选择及校验等。

A general machinery plant of 10kV power

distribution system design

Abstract

Power system of the factory is to step down power and then to distribute the power to the factories and workshops. It consists of step-down substation plant, high pressure distribution lines, substation plant, low-voltage distribution lines and electric equipment. The total step-down substation plant and design of distribution system, which is to resolve the security and the distribution of economic and technological problems, is based on the number and nature of each workshop, the production process on the load requirements, and as well as, the load distribution. The factory is a system, with 2 entrance cables of 10kv, distributing the electricity to 5 substations through bus and high voltage switchgear. The basic contents are as follows: decision on the location of the substation and distribution station, load estimation of the substation and the entire factory, reactive power compensation, short-circuit current calculation, the connection mode of distribution system, main wiring graph design of high voltage distribution station, choice of the electric equipment, choice and check of bus and other wires.
