近几年，政府加大了鼓励大学毕业生自主创业的力度，所以很多大学毕业生走向了创业的道路，大学毕业生的就业观也发生了改变。

产生这一现象的原因并不难想象，当今就业压力大，很多大学生毕业后找不到工作。所以政府的这项工作一方面是为了缓解(1. laxation; relief; relieve; remission; relax; lysis; anesis)当今的就业压力，同时制造更多的就业机会与职位；另一方面，是推动社会经济的发展，让大学生的就业观多样化。

在我看来，政府这一做法是明智的，有利于发展。但我认为政府在鼓励方面的力度不太够，可以加强在经济上的支持与创业培训的工作力度，让大学生创业的道路更加平坦些。

These years,the government has increase the vigor to encourage on self-employment of college graduates.SO,many graduates are dreaming of their own businesses and their employment awareness has also change .

It is easy to get the reason of this phenomenon ,aced with a tough job market ,so many graduates can't get a job .The government do such job in order to relieve the pressure on one hand ,on the other hand ,it can make more positions which has an important effect on the advancement of social economy.

In my opinion ,the government's way is sensible and is good for development .However,I think their ways is not enough .In order to make the self-employment of graduates more smooth,the government should increase more vigor on financial backing and develop starting a business training.
