MarkTwain is a world-renowned humorist. The Adventure of Huckleberry Finn is his masterpiece, this novel has been listed in the conon of great novels.This paper introduces Twain’s biograph，explores the source and purpose of his humor , and has a study on MarkTwain’s humor and irony in detail.
