论酒店人才流失的原因与对策分析 ——以得天独厚旗下餐饮酒店为例

摘 要
伴随着我国旅游业的高速发展,酒店业的竞争也日益趋于白热化,且在人才的竞争上表现的尤为明显。人才作为21世纪企业发展壮大的最重要资源之一,怎样在这个竞争激烈的社会环境下得到更多的人才并避免的人才的流失成为了困扰酒店业的一大难题。酒店业员工的流失不仅会造成经验和技术的流失,也会降低员工的对企业的忠诚度和凝聚力,从而威胁到酒店企业的生存。本文对攀西地区个别酒店人才流失的原因及其对酒店引发的危机进行了深入的分析,并提出关于控制人才流失的对策,以期望能增强该酒店的核心竞争??

With the rapid development of China's tourism industry, the hotel industry competition has become white-hot, and reflected in the talent competition is particularly obvious. One of the most important resources of human talents in twenty-first Century as the development of enterprise, how to get more talent in this competitive society environment and avoid the loss of talents has become a difficult problem in the hotel industry. Hotel staff loss will not only lead to the loss of experience and technology, will also reduce the loyalty and the cohesion of the enterprise employees, as a threat to the survival of hotel enterprises.
