Family business in the modern private economy as a prevalent form of business organization, has its own rationality and business organizations compared to other forms of advantage. China's economic system as a very active force, most of the family business has been or is about to face the next generation of succession. By Diming Electric Co., Ltd. as a study case, from the management, staff and customer base layer of the management situation, economic, political and cultural reasons and to explore three aspects of the macro, policy, law, management, concepts and other measures to improve several aspects, of second-generation successor to the family business heritage issues.
