If the requirements of a large number of specific short-term breeding species, tissue culture can be carried out. It can maintain a large number of cultured non-vaccine types of properties. In order to speed up tree breeding Rose, we have changed the traditional rose grafting, cuttings and so on, we have been successful in drawing the " Grafting wax to seal " experience, taken in early April scion wax to seal, then splitting field。Tree cultivation rose by scientific management, the basic shape of two years, around the trunk as high as 1.5, round crown, trunk diameter 0.8 cm, to obtain good results and the formation of a set of successful management experience.
