Abstract:Arachidonicacidisattractingincreasingatten2tionduetoitsimportanceinhumanhealthandnutrition.Asanessentialfattyacid,itplaysanimportantroleinthephysiologi2calactivity.Arachidonicacidmaybeobtainedfromfishoil,fungalandmicroalgae,buteachprocesshasobviousshortcom2ing.Anewprocessforextractingarachidonicacidfromalgaeisdesigned.
