1 总 则

l.0.1 为了在先张法预应力混凝土管桩(以下简称管桩)基础勘察、设计、施工与检测中做到安全适用、技术先进、经济合理、保护环境,规范施工、制定本规程。

1.0.2 本规程适用于我省新建、改建和扩建的工业与民用建筑工程(包括构筑物)的低承台管桩基础的勘察、设计、施工、质量检验和验收。当建筑物高度大于60m时,应设地下室;当建筑物高度大于100m时,宜选用桩径不小于600mm的PHC管桩。

1.0.3 管桩基础的设计、施工、质量检验和验收除应符合本规程外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。

2 术语和符号

2.1 术 语

2.1.1 PHC管桩pretensioned pre-stressed spun high-strength concrete pipe pile

采用离心成型的先张法预应力高强度混凝土环形截面空心桩。 2.1.2 PC管桩pretensioned pre-stressed spun concrete pipe pile

采用离心成型的先张法预应力混凝土环形截面桩。 2.1.3管桩基础concrete pipe pile foundation

由沉入土(岩)层中的管桩和连接于桩顶的承台共同组成的建(构)筑物基础 2.1.4 填芯混凝土:filling concrete for pipe pile head

灌填在管桩内腔的混凝土 2.1.5送桩 pile following

打桩过程中,借助送桩器将桩顶沉至施工地面以下的工序 2.1.6收锤标准condition for stop hammering

为满足设计要求而制定的终止锤击施工的控制措施和条件。 2.1.7终压控制标准 condition of stop pressing

为满足设计要求而制定的终止压桩施工的控制措施和条件。 2.1.8桩身允许压桩力 allowable pressing force of pile

桩身允许的最大竖向压桩力。 2.1.9 最大压桩力 maximum pressing force

压桩过程中压桩机能提供的最大竖向压力值。 2.1.10 配重 counterweight

为提供足够的反压力,附加在桩架上的重物。 2.1.11 试压桩 driving pile test

在工程桩大面积施工前,为检验压桩机性能、场地地基承载力、校核场地地质情况和为设计和施工提供依据而进行的试验性压桩。 2.1.12终压力值 final pressing force

达到终压控制标准而终止压桩时的最终压桩力。 2.1.13. 复压 repeated pressing

静压桩施工完成后,间隔一段时间再次施压的作业方法。 2.1.14 稳压时间 duration time of holding pressing 2
