Abstract

Sixth census results our population aging process has been accelerating, but our country in the

community has old rich, in this case, our country should improve as elderly life will be one of the main tasks now in different ways and for the support of family pension enough.

Based on the related theories and data based on the old man needs and family pension mode to make analysis. Firstly in the society in China for elderly and about family endowment research situation analysis, then explains elderly life situation, and the endowment to old people, then the needs analysis model analysis method to establish China's endowment insurance, analyzed, and the way for reference foreign advanced family endowment experience, and puts forward the experience to construct a family endowment revelation, finally for perfect the family pension system, promoting China's economic and social harmonious and healthy development, puts forward the corresponding about policy, legislation, economic, community service support and so on related Suggestions.
