［Abstract］Thispaperaimstosummarizetheachievementsduringtheimplementationprocessofgoodagriculturalpractice（GAP）inChineseMateriaMedica（CMM），andonbasisofanalyzingtheexistingproblemsofGAP，toproposefurtherimplementationofGAPinTCMgrowing．SincethelaunchofGAPinCMMgrowingtenyearsago，ithasacquiredgreatachievements，including：①Thepromulga-tionofaseriesofmeasuresfortheadministrationoftheGAPapprovalintheCMMgrowing；②TheexpandedplantingareaofCMM；③TheincreasedawarenessofstandardizedCMMgrowingamongfarmersandenterprises；④TheestablishmentofGAPimplementationbasesforCMMgrowing；⑤TheimprovementoftheoryandmethodologyforCMMgrowing；⑥ThedevelopmentofalargegroupofexpertsandscholarsinGAPapprovalforCMMproduction．Theproblemsexistingintheproductioninclude：①AdeepunderstandingofGAPanditscertificationisstillneeded；②Thedistributionofthecertificationbaseisnotreasonable；③Thegeo-economicseffectandthebackwardfarmingpracticesarethoughttobethebottlenecksinthestandardizationofCMMgrowingandthescaleproductionofCMM；④Lowcom-parativeeffectivenesslimitsthedevelopmentoftheGAP；⑤Thebaseofbreedingimprovedvarietyisblank；⑥Theimmatureoftheculti-vationtechniqueleadtotheriskofproductionprocess；⑦ThedegradationofsoilmicrobialandthecontinuouscroppingobstaclerestrictthesustainabledevelopmentoftheGAPbase．TofurtherpromotethehealthandorderlyGAPintheCMMgrowing，theauthorspropose：①Tochangethemodeofproduction；②Toestablishasoundstandardsystemsoastoensurequalityproductsforfairprices；③Tofullyconsiderthegeo-economiccultureandvigorouslypromotethedefinitecultivatingoftraditionalChinesemedicinalmaterials；④Tostrengthenthetransformationandgeneralizationofbasicresearchesandachievements，inordertoprovidetechnicalsupportfortheCMMproduction；⑤TodeepentheunderstandingofGAP，tovigorouslypromoteecologicalplantingandprecisionagriculture，inordertoover-comethecontinuouscroppingobstacle．Theauthorsthinkthatdespitethefactthatwearestillfacingwithahugearrayofmanagementandtechnologicalproblems，theGAPintheCMMgrowinghasalreadyenjoyedwidespreadsupportandshowedgreatpotential．Inthefuture，withpeople＇sdeeperunderstandingofGAPandthegreatprogressofthescienceandtechnology，theGAPwillconstantlybefusedwiththetheory，methodologyandtechnologyinthemodernagriculturelikeprecisionagriculture，eco-agricultureandetc．
