黑液的粘度高,即便是在较低的浓度(60%)下,也会造成液滴粘结,以至喷射困难,因此,一般要在100℃的温度下输送,以保证单颗液滴的形成。参考文献:

Abstract:Petroleumcokesarebyproductsofsolidresidualsfromthecruderefining
process.Thepetroleumcokeiswithlittleashcontentandvolatilecontent.Substantialcon2tentsofvanadium,nickel,nitrogenandsulfurinitarethemaincauseforpollutantsemissionandfiresidefoulingorcorrosionproblem.Becausemostofpetroleumcokehashighsulfurcontent,itisquitepopulartoburnpetroleumcokeandmakeheatrecovery.Inthispaper,petroleumcokeblendingcombustionexperimentswithcoalareconductedona220t/hcom2mercialpulverizedcoalboilerandaCFBtestrigrespectively.Bycomparison,itisaclearerandmoreeffectivewaytoburnpetroleumcokeblendedwithcoalinthecirculatingfluidizedbedcombustor.
