多层螺旋CT肺动脉造影诊断
急性肺栓塞的临床价值

【摘要】 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT(Multi2sliceHelicalCTMSCT)肺动脉造影在急性肺栓塞诊断中的应用价值。方法 12名临床拟诊急性肺栓塞患者行多层螺旋CT肺动脉造影检查,并行轴面及多平面重建(MPR)。结果 CT诊断肺动脉栓塞8例,共发现肺动脉栓子38处,其中段及段以上栓子28处,亚段及以下5～6级分支10处。发现血栓栓塞血管直径最小者1mm。腔内充盈缺损显示满意。结论
MSCT肺动脉造影对肺动脉主干、亚段及以下5～6级肺栓塞具有很好的应用价值。
