BrainstormingWhat A freeform method of generating unconstrained ideas/solutions and equalizing involvement in the analysis processHow Review the topic – "why, how, or what" questions. Give everyone a minute or two of silence to think about the question. Invite everyone to call out their ideas (important: no discussion of ideas until session is complete). Write down every idea.
