一.Greeting

Use the calendar to review days of the week, month of the year and ordinal numbers.

通过小对话引出并复习单词gift。

B：What’s this?

It’s a beautiful dress for you. For me? Why, today is my birthday.

It’s a gift for me? G-I-F-T thank you.

二．New concept

A: 教师叙述并伴有图出现。

Show the calendar. Tomorrow is December twenty-fifth. It’s western holiday. On a holiday, people don’t work. Children don’t go to school.

T: what holiday do you know?

S: Christmas Day.

T: Christmas is special. What’s this?

T: What’s on the Christmas tree?

S: Christmas lights.

B: 出示人物Santa。

Who is he? The man in red clothes, he is Santa and he brings toys to children on Christmas.

C: What will you do on Christmas?
