七.鋼板開孔限定

Front stencil rail

1. When running PCB size of 50mm. (Transport width). The stencil size has to

be 670mm or smaller in Y direction. If the stencil is bigger than 670mm. the

front cover will not be able to close. The calculation as follow: Y=2*(310+B/2). If B=50mm, then Y=2*(310+50/2)=670mm.

2. If using 740mm X 740mm stencil (29”x29”). Then minimum board width will be 120mm.

Calculation as follow: Y=2*(310+B/2) if Y=740mm then 740=2*(310+B/2) èB=120mm.
