客运专线整体式无砟轨道道床板上拱与支撑层产生离缝病害整治技术

摘要: 该文通过调查分析整体式无砟轨道道床板上拱与支撑层产生离缝病害原因,并针对病害原因提出整治原则及方案,详细介绍了整治方案的工艺及操作要点,认真细致的描述了各工序的施工方法,最后对方案整治效果及方案实施的优缺点进行了归纳总结,经过两年多的运营,状况良好,为无砟轨道线路离缝病害整治提出了一套可行性的方案。
Abstract: Through investigation and analysis on cause of the seam between road bedplate and support layer of overall ballastless track, and aiming at disease reasons to propose remediation principles and programs, this paper described the process of remediation programs and operating point in detail, carefully represented construction methods of the processes, finally, made summarization to dregulation effect of program and the advantages and disadvantages of

某客运专线在施工整体式无砟轨道过程中,在一些平交道口位置必须间隔施工,致使整体式无砟轨道没有连续,存在施工缝。
在该客运专线经过调试后运营,正常运营约5个月后,突然连续高温一周(环境温度39度以上),平交道口两次施工无砟轨道施工缝处道床板与钢轨同时上拱,轨面高程超过设计11mm,道床板与支撑层间离缝也是11mm,上拱范围5m,病害出现后,铁路限速运营,严重影响了运营速度和安全。 2 病害产生原因调查
