游艇码头的几种形式
离深圳市中心35km,距沙头角镇
20km。北侧紧邻深圳市通往大亚湾的
六车道干线公路。整个规划用地27公顷。
从现状分析来看,按照自然地形,整个用地大致可分为西、中、东三块。西区是推山填海堆成的大面积海边平地,无任何现状,建设条件较好。中部是一山头,面北处坡度较缓,朝南向海处为陡崖,水位较深。东区为一相隔沙鱼涌小溪的单独区域,其近海处为沙滩,后侧为面海的
山坡。412 规划设想
依据自然地形,规划首先将游艇码头选址于中部断崖之下,码头采用外突式,一方面充分节省陆上土地,另一方面有利于保证航道水深。水域码头外围有防波堤,北侧是陡崖下的干泊码头,水、陆码头之间有龙头吊和修船坞等设施。
紧临干泊码头和水码头西北角是会所俱乐部,俱乐部内有中西餐厅、桑拿健身、棋牌桌球、室内泳池等设施。
西区的中心为一草坪广场,其北侧为圆形玻璃顶罩的大型娱乐城,西北侧为会员公寓,西南侧为滨海饭店。滨海饭店与会所俱乐部之间为滨海广场。
中区北山坡为别墅区,别墅区有单独的对外出入口。中区山头上为一
仿古城堡,作为点景建筑,同时兼作无线通讯的发射机站。
沙鱼涌小溪以东为一单独区域,专供会员使用。主要内容包括滨海处的沙滩泳场、迷你高尔夫球场、网球场、康乐中心和山坡上的会员别墅。每幢别墅均有面海的良好视野(见图8)。
