With the development of modern agriculture and industry, more and more waste water is being poured into rivers. It has caused serious pollution. The river is becoming so dirty that no living things can live in it. The river is giving off a terrible smell.
We make an urgent appeal that measures should be taken to cope with the situation. Our government should start building various facilities such as sewage treatment!plant and encourage scientists to work out more and better ways to reduce the pollution of water.

Some think we should try to help strangers. Helping others is a virtue，and helping others is helping ourselves.Wemay come across some trouble and need others’ help some day.If everyone isn’t willing to help us just because we are strangersto them，it’s hard to imagine what our world will belike.

Dr Bethune was good at performing operations.And taking photos was his hobby. In 1938， he came toChina. He opened hospitals and invented medical tools. He worked so hard thathe saved thousands of Chinese people. He didn’t stop totake care of his own injured hand and died.

Today I’ll talk about our English club . Our English club was set up two months ago . Now we have members of 25 . We meet once a week on Saturday afternoon. So far we have conducted a variety of activities on English learning , such as watching English films , holding a Christmas party and getting together with foreign students .
Last week we held an English story-telling competition . We required that the entries be original and interesting and be presented in English within five minutes . Every member took an active part in the activity . Two foreign English teachers were invited to act as judges . At last Li Ping won the first place . My favourite great book is The Adventures ofTom Sawyer by Mark Twain.

WithHuck, he goes looking for treasure; with Becky, he gets lost in a cave. Andfinally Tom and Huck find a box of gold. Tom is the hero of the story, butthere are other important characters. Becky is pretty with fair hair. Huck isTom’s best friend, and Injun Joe is the bad man ofthe story.
The theme of the story is to do with childrengrowing up and becoming more serious.

Not long ago, our school organized a charitywalk to raise money for children in poor areas.
It was on Saturday, 23 rd October. We walkedfrom the school to the centre of the city. Before the walk, we groupedourselves into a team of four and planned everything well. It was a hard(tough) work. But during the walk, we supported and helped each other. With thehelp of many people, we raised over (more than) 50,000 yuan in the end.
We all felt tired, but we were very happy.Because it was a meaningful experience and it was an excellent chance to learnteam spirit.

How to Deal with Our Study Problems
Although we often feel stressed, we shouldfind suitable ways to deal with stress.
We can wear calm colours like blue and whiteto make us feel relaxed. We should be careful enough, because “a miss is as good as a mile”. We should also achieve a balance between schoolwork and hobbies.Try to plan your spare time well. Don’t lose heart atany time. You will make great progress through hard work.
When having problems, we can ask people aroundus for help. It’s not wise to keep ourworries to ourselves.
1、基础很差，那就不要总想着有什么捷径，不要给自己找理由去偷懒，积累的过程从来就没有捷径，看课本补上基础，是一个缓慢但却最实际最靠谱的方法，特别是高三第一轮复习的时候，对于概念，公式，如何推导公式等一定要重点弄懂，还有每个知识点后面的例题，至于有同学会问那些课后习题需要做么？我觉得应该没有那么多时间，而且那些针对性也不强，毕竟有些必修课本是面向全部学生，没有分文理科的。
2、数学的话如果你想很快进步的话，就找找近四年的高考卷，看看考哪些的类型大题，哪些知识只考填空题选择题，哪些考大题，然后一道道攻克，一般前三道大题都可以直接攻下。注意：一般第一轮复习不建议采取这种方法，因为基础知识还是一步一步积累的比较好。
3、高三文科生在上课的时候会有做笔记的习惯，而且大多同学都习惯了上课用多数时间记笔记，但是数学作为理科课程，上课的时候主要靠听，首先把老师讲的知识自己理解了，然后再记笔记，千万不能因为记笔记错过了老师讲的东西。上课需要记下来的如果来不及记的话，就大概做一下概括，下课以后在补回来。
方法
1、搞好基础是关键
高三文科生熟悉逆袭方法之一就是搞好基础。对简单的题不再是要求会做就行，而是要求自己不光会做，而且还要快，强迫自己有意识的提高速度，只有基本的问题熟练掌握了才能应付那种难的综合题。
因为数学基础涉及到的小方面太多了，像计算能力、因式分解能力、三角公式的变换能力、对应用题的理解能力以及解题步骤的规范等等，都是要提高的基础方面。
2、做一个热爱数学的人
高三文科生数学逆袭的基础是热爱数学。首先你要下个决心，从明天开始我要做一个热爱数学的人!有带动你毅力的心理建设很重要，因为不是每个学生再考砸好几次以后还能坚持之前很苦逼的学习方法的。
当你把分数稍微看得淡一点，更多的去思考这个问题我学透了没，一开始分数提高不显著的瓶颈就会比较好度过。
3、适当多做题，养成良好的解题习惯
高三文科生要数学逆袭成功，做一定量的题目是必需的，刚开始要从基础题入手，以课本上的习题为准，反复练习打好基础，再找一些课外的习题，以帮助开拓思路，提高自己的分析、解决能力，掌握一般的解题规律，熟悉掌握各种题型的解题思路。
1、瞄准中高难度题
高三理综总复习阶段，并不是题目做的越多越好，及时即使是刷题也是要精选精练，要有针对地训练。高考理综题主要是以中高档题为主，所以如果刷题的话就要瞄准中高难度题，主要是要研究解题思路，个别的尖子生可以适当的分一些精力研究一下难度较高的压轴题。
2、重视解题规范
解题不规范也是理综失分的一个原因，掌握一些规范解题格式和解题技巧或许能够得到更多的过程分。所以在平时做理综试题的时候，就要对解题过程比较严格。把重要的关系式写在比较明显的位置。对于多过程、多状态的问题，尽量用图示或是文字加以说明，使得分点清晰。
3、加强限时训练
很多学生平时学习的时候很用功，做题的时候也是认认真真，理综题目也不少做，可以在考试的时候，理综分数还是少的可怜，这主要是因为平时做题的时候不限制时间，不限制时间的时候精神就会很放松，可以翻看参考书，甚至是今天想不通可以明天想。但是在考试的时候，是有时间限制的，就会导致你的精神紧张起来，也许会忘记公式，用错结论，甚至是导致条件都看不全，就急着去推导计算，那怎么能作对呢？所以在平时刷题的时候，要培养适合自己的做题速度。
